    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns:

    -We do not accept returns on products that have been opened/used.
    -We would be happy to offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances.

    -If you receive your products damaged, please be sure to email within 5 days of delivery.
    -If your Muddy accessory (brush, headwrap, etc.) breaks, we will provide a replacement if your order was placed within three months.
